The Agape, Catalyst, Transformations, Salvation (ACTS) Church
Who We Are
The Agape, Catalyst, Transformations, Salvation (ACTS) Church is primarily led by the Young Adults of the Agape Word Center Church International. The ACTS story is inspired by apostle Paul, formerly known as Saul, who neither knew nor walked with Jesus but persecuted the Lord’s disciples, as recorded in Acts 8:3: ” As for Saul, he made havoc of the church, entering into every house and haling men and women, committing them to prison.” His life was transformed when he encountered Jesus on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:3-6). He went from being an evil man (Acts 9:13-16) to God’s chosen vessel, boldly preaching the gospel to nations, performing miracles and wonders, casting out demons, baptizing many, planting churches, writing 13 epistles, and contributing tremendously to the growth of God’s kingdom. Acts 9:31 states: “Then had the churches rest throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.” Indeed, Paul did not walk alone; Ananias laid hands on him to restore his sight and empower him with the Holy Ghost (Acts 9:17-18). Barnabas introduced him to the apostles, who supported him in his new life of leading a Holy Spirit-led movement that turned the world upside down (Acts 17:6). This is the ACTS Church, a safe space for those beginning to accept the love of Jesus Christ.
We have a vibrant curriculum that children love and learn from, as well as family resources designed to meet the needs of today’s families. Children are encouraged to open their hearts to God through worship and study in a safe and loving environment.
Our Nursery- Kinder Director, Monique Rios, and our Children’s Director, Juli Godsil, are both available to help you in the most important task any parent can have – helping your child develop a relationship with God!
Heaven makes space for every child and so do we.
Vision
The vision of Agape Catalyst is adopted from Acts 19:5-6, which entails boldly proclaiming the gospel to the unreached, baptizing those who willingly accept the word in the name of Jesus Christ, and laying hands on them so that the Holy Spirit can come upon them, enabling them to speak in tongues, receive visions, and prophesy. This will multiply the church and inspire young people to walk in the fear of the Lord through prayer, Bible Study, Fellowship, and the Holy Spirit.

Brand Story
Our connection to each other, empowered by the Holy Spirit, will lead us to new spiritual levels. We’ve experienced this in our personal testimonies, and we believe in being a work in progress. We desire to share our story with the world, it’s our time. We realize faith is progressively going full speed toward GOD at all times.
